2015年福建省初中學業考試大綱

（英 語）

一、考試性質

初中英語學業考試是義務教育初中階段的終結性省級考試，目的是全面、準確地反映初中畢業生是否達到《義務教育英語課程標準（2011年版）》所規定的學業水平。考試結果既是衡量學生是否達到畢業標準的主要依據，也是高中階段學校招生的重要依據。

二、命題依據

以《義務教育英語課程標準（2011年版）》為指導，以《2015年福建省初中學業考試大綱（英語）》為依據，結合初中英語教學實際進行命題。

三、命題原則

堅持以學生為本，立足基礎，難易適中，聽、說、讀、寫四項技能全面考查，做到思想性、科學性、技術性的統一。正確發揮考試的導向功能，做到有利于激發和培養學生學習英語的興趣，建立學習英語的成就感和自信心，提高綜合語言運用能力；有利于引導教師改進教學和學生學會學習；有利于對初中教學起到正確的導向作用；有利于普通高中招生改革和事業發展。

四、考試范圍

以《課程標準》所規定的九年級結束時應達到的“五級目標”基本要求作為考試范圍。

五、內容和目標要求

初中畢業英語學業考試是義務教育階段英語學科的終結性考試，目的是全面、準確地考查初中畢業生在英語學習方面達到《課程標準》所規定的級別水平的程度。英語學業考試應著重考查學生聽、說、讀、寫等四種語言技能的綜合實踐能力以及靈活運用語言知識的能力。在確定具體考試內容和標準時，應依據《課程標準》中“五級目標”的基本要求及相關附錄的內容。

六、考試形式、時間

考試形式包括口語測試、聽力測試和筆試。口試可安排在聽力測試和筆試之前或之后單獨進行。口試的組織和操作有較大難度，如因暫不具備口試條件而不進行口試的設區市，應在筆試題中增設口語應用測試題型，目的是通過書面的形式，間接考查學生“說”的能力。聽力測試和筆試同卷進行，采用書面作答，閉卷考試的形式。

聽力測試和筆試時間總共120分鐘，其中聽力測試不超過30分鐘。

七、試題難度

合理安排試題難度結構。容易題、中等難度題和稍難題的比例約為8：1：1。考試合格率達80%。

八、試卷結構

試卷包括聽力測試和筆試兩部分。口試單獨命題、單獨組織測試。

總分與各部分分值：總分150分；聽力部分30分，筆試部分120分。

選擇題與非選擇題比例：約6:4。

聽力測試與筆試題型

聽力部分（30分）

Ⅰ.聽句子（5分） 聽5個單句，從所給圖片中選出與所聽到的句子情景相同（相近）的圖片。共5小題。每個單句讀兩遍。

Ⅱ.聽對話（15分） 共兩節。第一節聽5段對話，每段對話后有一個小題，從題中所給的A、B、C三個選項中選出最佳選項，并標在試卷的相應位置。每段對話讀兩遍。

第二節聽4段對話，每段對話后有幾個小題，從題中所給的A、B、C三個選項中選出最佳選項，并標在試卷的相應位置。每段對話讀兩遍。

Ⅲ．聽短文（5分） 聽一段短文，根據短文內容從題中所給的A、B、C三個選項中選出最佳選項，并標在試卷的相應位置。短文讀兩遍。

Ⅳ. 聽短文（或對話）填表格（5分） 聽一段短文或對話，根據短文或對話內容及要求填寫表格。短文或對話讀三遍。

筆試部分（120分）

知識運用 （共三大題，滿分75分）

Ⅰ.選擇填空（15分） 共15小題，每題在一或兩句話中留出空白，要求考生從3個選項中選出正確答案。考查內容包括語音、詞匯、語法和日常交際用語等，側重在語境中考查靈活運用語言知識的能力。

Ⅱ.完形填空（15分） 在一段難度適中的短文中留出10個空白處，要求考生從每小題的3個選項中選擇正確的答案，使補足后的短文意思通順，結構完整。考生必須通篇考慮，掌握大意，綜合運用所學詞匯和語法知識，選擇正確的答案。

Ⅲ.閱讀理解（45分） 共5篇短文。第1、2、3篇要求考生在閱讀理解的基礎上，根據所給材料，從每小題的4個選項中選出最佳答案。第4篇是在一篇短文中留出5個空格，要求考生在閱讀理解的基礎上還原短文中的句子使短文通順、連貫、意思完整。第5篇是一篇任務型短文，要求考生根據要求完成任務。任務形式包括把文字信息轉化為圖形、圖像、圖表、表格、數字等信息，還可以是畫圖、制作表格、填空、設計（廣告、賀卡、名片、信封……）等。

閱讀理解測試的主要要求是：

1．能根據上下文和構詞法推斷、理解生詞含義；

2．能理解段落中各句子之間的邏輯關系；

3．能找出文章中的主題，理解故事的情節，預測故事情節的發展和可能的結局；

4. 能根據不同的閱讀目的運用簡單的閱讀策略獲取信息。

寫（共四大題，滿分45分）

Ⅰ. 遣詞造句（10分） 根據每題所提供的圖畫的情景、提示詞，寫一個與圖畫情景相符的句子。凡能運用關鍵詞寫出與所給圖畫情景相符的句子，意義和語法都正確的均可得分。

Ⅱ. 口語應用（10分） 在一段對話中，留出5個空格，根據對話內容，填入適當的句子，使對話完整、正確。

Ⅲ. 短文填空（10 分） 在一段難度適中的短文中留出10個空格，根據中文、首字母、音標和語境提示，在每個空格內填入一個適當的單詞，要求所填的單詞意義準確，拼寫正確，并將該詞完整地寫在答題卡中相應的橫線上。

Ⅳ. 書面表達（15分） 要求考生根據圖畫或提示的情景，用英語寫一篇短文。詞數80左右。

書面表達的總體要求是：切中題意，條理清楚，語句通順、連貫，語言準確、得當，書寫工整。

2. 任務型閱讀

You may feel worried, upset or disappointed in your life. If you feel so, you’d better do something about it. Just read the following tips (小建議) to find out some ways to fight depression (抑郁情緒) .

First, try to find out the troubles that have worked on your depression. When you know what has got you to feel blue, talk about it with a caring friend. Talking is a way to relax the mind. Ask for help if you need it. Friends and family can help let depression go instead of just watching you hurt.

Second, take a walk for 15 or 30 minutes every day—or dance, or bike if you prefer. If you need to be encouraged, make yourself do exercise anyway. Once you get into the exercise habit, it won’t take long to notice a difference in your mood.

Next, depression can affect a person’s thoughts, making everything seem hopeless. If depression makes you notice only the bad things, try to notice the good things. There are both good things and bad things in life. The more good things you notice , the less depression you’ll feel.

Then, try to do something fun for yourself. For example, you can take time to play with a friend or a pet. You can do something that you are interested in, such as painting, singing and so on. You can also find something to laugh about—a funny movie, a joke… Perhaps laughing can help cheer you up.

Finally, please remember that depression takes time to heal (治愈). So most of all, don’t forget to be patient with yourself.
