美國大學(xué)音樂專業(yè)排名+申請(qǐng)要求和所需費(fèi)用等

­　　第一部分：專業(yè)介紹

­　　一．美國音樂教育簡(jiǎn)介：

­　　在美國，開設(shè)音樂專業(yè)的學(xué)校可以分為2類，第一類是專業(yè)性極強(qiáng)的音樂學(xué)校，這類音樂學(xué)校是專門為那些將來以音樂為職業(yè)目標(biāo)的學(xué)生來設(shè)置的。最為著名的代表就是茱莉亞音樂學(xué)校，曼哈頓音樂學(xué)院，柯蒂斯音樂學(xué)校、新英格蘭音樂學(xué)校等。但是，這類音樂學(xué)院每一年的招生人數(shù)非常少，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也非常激烈。

­　　第二類是綜合性大學(xué)下面的音樂學(xué)院。這類音樂學(xué)院在音樂方面的教育一點(diǎn)不比第一類的音樂學(xué)校差。雖然這類音樂學(xué)院是依托在大學(xué)之下，但是他們的音樂教育反而更為出眾。

­　　MA(Master of Arts)與MM(Masterof Music)：

­　　? MM是藝術(shù)專業(yè)碩士，著重于表演,通常要求申請(qǐng)者在申請(qǐng)過程中提交作品集（pre-screening,portfolio）或參加表演面試(liveaudition)。

­　　? MA是文學(xué)碩士，注重學(xué)術(shù)研究以及創(chuàng)作。

­　　五．音樂專業(yè)申請(qǐng)要求

­　　★1、國際生都要求托福成績(jī)，iBT最好在80分以上。一些排名靠前的綜合大學(xué)，托福要求接近90分。如，威斯康辛麥迪遜大學(xué)iBT最低要求87.

­　　★2、申請(qǐng)藝術(shù)類專業(yè)大多是不需要提供GRE成績(jī)的，但對(duì)于音樂教育，音樂理論等理論性較強(qiáng)的專業(yè)要求GRE；器樂類和聲樂類部分學(xué)校不要求GRE，更看重的是表演能力；但90%好的音樂學(xué)院的博士要求GRE，包括表演方向。GPA：3.0以上為好。

­　　★5．Auditionand interview：試奏/試演和面試對(duì)于申請(qǐng)音樂專業(yè)的申請(qǐng)者來說非常重要。對(duì)于很多國內(nèi)申請(qǐng)者，不能直接到學(xué)校參加面試，CD和作品集就顯得尤為重要，每個(gè)學(xué)校對(duì)于作品之類的要求是不一樣的，請(qǐng)?jiān)敿?xì)查詢每年學(xué)校不同專業(yè)的詳細(xì)要求。

­　　作品集的提交：

­　　對(duì)于需要提交作品集的學(xué)校，一般都有以下幾種提交作品集的方式：

­　　上傳作品到指定的網(wǎng)站，并將網(wǎng)頁鏈接發(fā)給學(xué)校eg:PSU的作品集要求如下：

­　　Yourrecording may be submitted electronically in one of two ways. You may choose togo to www.youtube.com and createan account (if you do not have one). Upload your video following theinstructions provided. Under the video settings, choose "unlisted",and email your link to PennStateVoice@gmail.com.You may choose instead to provide a link to a website by which the faculty mayaccess a video file directly. Email the URL to PennStateVoice@gmail.com.

­　　將作品刻錄成光盤，寄送到學(xué)校指定地址。Eg:UCLA Conducting, Piano, Voice3個(gè)專業(yè)的作品要求如下：

­　　Pre-screening CD/DVD：Mark your CD/DVDclearly with your full name, degree, and year: Please ensure that your CD/DVDis compatible with both Mac and PC systems, and do not edit or enhance therecording in any way. Your CD/DVD must also be accompanied by a cover sheetthat gives the following information:

­　　Name as itappears on the UC application.

­　　Degree for whichyou are applying.

­　　Repertoire youare presenting.

­　　Conducting -Organization being conducted and your connection to that organization.

­　　Comments youwish to make about this video or the recording session.

­　　到指定的網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行音樂學(xué)院的申請(qǐng)并提交作品集，常用的網(wǎng)站有：slideroom, accepted等。Eg: Universityof Texas at Austin MM in Vocal Performance 的作品集提交方式：All prescreening materials should beuploaded through the Butler School ofMusic supplemental application. Do NOT mail DVDs or CDs tothe Butler School of Music or the Graduate and International Admissions Center.Your materials should be uploaded no later than 1 December, 2013.

­　　★6.Deadline:音樂學(xué)院總體來說申請(qǐng)截止日期都比較早，許多學(xué)校的deadline都集中在12.1前后，例如University ofTexas—Austin的網(wǎng)申提交和作品集提交截止日期都是12.1； University ofWisconsin—Madison截止日期是12.1。

­　　六、美國音樂學(xué)院的所需費(fèi)用

­　　與其他專業(yè)相比，藝術(shù)類專業(yè)的學(xué)費(fèi)都相對(duì)較高。音樂專業(yè)每一年的費(fèi)用在10000美元-50000美元不等。總體來說，專門的音樂學(xué)院學(xué)費(fèi)比較貴，綜合大學(xué)的下屬音樂學(xué)院相對(duì)學(xué)費(fèi)便宜。比如Juilliard School學(xué)費(fèi)大致在$32000 /年； NYU學(xué)費(fèi)每年約$26,622（$1,479/ credit）。
